So Usana cares more about dollars than health. They lag behind in many aspects. Their multimineral is old carbonate and citrate instead of more bio available forms like Mercola's or Douglas Laboratories.
Their Omega-3 is ultra distilled and yellow and expensive, go for VitalChoice Salmon Oil, orange and good tasting including omega 3, 5, 7.
